If your payment isn't going through, try the following:
1. Ensure your card details are correct (expiration date, CVV, etc.).
2. Check if your bank allows international transactions (if applicable).
3. Try using a different payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card).
4. Contact your bank to check for restrictions on online payments.

1. At checkout, enter your coupon code in the designated field.
2. Click “Apply” and confirm the discount is reflected before purchasing.
3. If the coupon doesn’t work, check if:
• It has expired.
• It applies to the specific course or product.
• It has a minimum purchase requirement.

1. Log into your ByteBuzz account.
2. Go to “Account Settings”.
3. Click “Edit Profile” and update your name.
1. Open any email from The Buzz (ByteBzuzz)
2. Scroll to the bottom and click “Unsubscribe”.
3. Adjust email preferences in your ByteBuzz account settings.
1. Go to “Account Settings”.
2. Click “Change Password”.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password.
4. Save changes.
5. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it via email.
